Search for new decays of $\Lambda^0_b$ baryon in the LHCb experiment
Description
In this research, the search and study of decays $\Lambda^0_b\rightarrow\psi(2S)p\pi^-$ and $\Lambda^0_b\rightarrow\psi(2S)pK^-$ and measurement of the branching fraction ratio $B(\Lambda^0_b\rightarrow\psi(2S)p\pi^-)/ B(\Lambda^0_b\rightarrow\psi(2S)pK^-)$ is done. The $\psi(2S)$ mesons are reconstructed using $\psi(2S)\rightarrow\mu^+\mu^-$ decay mode. The analysis is based on a data sample collected by the LHCb experiment in proton-proton collisions corresponding to 1.0, 2.0 and 1.9 $\text{fb}^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13~TeV, respectively.
