Thermal quality control for the upgrade of the CMS tracker structure for the LHC High Luminosity phase based on advanced CO2 two-phase cooling system
Description
The focus of this work is the thermal quality control of the structures for the future CMS tracker, which is currently under production in preparation for the Phase-2 Upgrade of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). This upgrade is designed to enhance the performance of the CMS detector, making the validation and optimization of cooling systems critical to ensure the proper functioning of the electronic modules that house the silicon sensors of the tracker.
